The client is a leading provider of auctioneering services for high-value real estate in Ireland.
As one of the oldest and most established Auctioneering firms in South East Ireland, they have a demonstrated record of achieving the highest market prices. Rooted in professionalism, integrity & confidentiality, the client boasts of an impressive portfolio that includes new housing developments, residential property sales, licensed premises, farms, public houses, and more.
Need Mapping:
The client required a highly customized feature on their existing website which would allow website visitors to subscribe to notifications related to the properties that appeared on their search. This feature was significant to boost the interest cycle of the client’s customers by keeping them updated on the properties of their choice. In turn, this would lead to increased user engagement of the client on their website.
One of our partners in Ireland, Two Heads Design, recommended us to the client because their needs matched our core expertise. The client wanted us to create a feature “Sign up for alerts” option on their website, which would allow their customers to select their areas of interest, e.g. Location, Property Type, etc. and receive notifications for those interests.
The Agency Couch Approach: Delivering Custom Features within a Short Span:
The project started on 18 Sep 2019 and ended on 4 Oct 2019. Since this was mostly a feature-development project, we had to turn it around on a strict timeline which we achieved successfully. Through iterative testing and continuous feedback from the client, we were able to ensure that they got exactly what they had asked for.
First, we built a customized form on WordPress for users to opt for sign-up alerts by choosing their relevant search and email alert preferences.
