About the Client: 

The Dharamshala International Film Festival (DIFF) is an annual cinematic celebration in McLeod Ganj, India, founded by filmmakers Ritu Sarin and Tenzing Sonam. DIFF’s mission is to promote contemporary cinema, art, and independent media practices in the Indian Himalayan region. Committed to more than just movies, the festival boasts an inclusive community outreach program, encouraging critical thinking and dialogue among local youth.

The Challenge:

The DIFF team sought our assistance in enhancing their website, including the implementation of provided designs. Our task was to transform the homepage, schedule page and individual film page into an interactive, user-friendly feature, eliminating the need for manual downloads from the schedule page.

Technical Solution:

In response to the Dharamshala International Film Festival’s (DIFF) distinct requirements, we executed a tailored technical solution. Leveraging the WordPress backend, we seamlessly crafted two distinct web pages for the Home page and the festival schedule through custom coding. The strategic use of add-in plugins further amplified the website’s functionality and interactivity, culminating in a user-friendly and visually captivating online platform.
